Business Consultant

Minimum Experience: 6-8 Years

We're looking for a Business Consultant with 6-8+ years of experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of business strategy, stakeholder management, market dynamics, and organizational development. This role requires the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations while maintaining a deep understanding of human and organizational dynamics. You'll work closely with founders, leadership teams, and emerging businesses to strengthen business models, identify opportunities, and align vision with execution. Experience across multiple industries and growth stages is highly valued. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and relationship-building capabilities are essential. We are particularly interested in individuals who combine commercial acumen with emotional intelligence and a systems-thinking approach. The ability to operate independently, manage client relationships, and contribute strategic insight is critical. Experience in consulting, advisory, business transformation, or founder-led environments will be an advantage.

Senior UX/UI Designer

Minimum Experience: 5+ Years

We're seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience creating thoughtful, intuitive, and user-centred digital experiences. The ideal candidate understands that great design goes beyond aesthetics and plays a critical role in communication, usability, and brand perception. You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into engaging digital experiences across websites, platforms, and digital products. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, information architecture, wireframing, interface design, and responsive design is essential. The role requires close collaboration with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design decisions support both user needs and business goals. Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of user behaviour are highly valued. Experience designing for founder-led brands, service businesses, or purpose-driven organizations will be an advantage. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking and can confidently present and defend design decisions. Familiarity with modern design systems and collaborative design workflows is expected.
